I have just watched this video with my sister, who has had her own health challenges, and the video has engaged us in a very different conversation – the one about ‘running away’ from Self; the one about what is a ‘thought virus’; the one about ‘create, discover and let go’. My sister now tells me that watching and listening to this video has ‘made me understand what it means to stay in the tough conversations and ‘what it means to create, discover and let go’ and ‘it resonates in my body’.
As a WEL-Systems® Institute Affiliate, I know that, like it takes a village to raise a child, it also takes a collective to free – as Louise has said to me – a powerful woman. At the beginning, in the middle and at the end, it is resonance that makes a difference; the resonance of the individual inside a greater collective of like-minded souls who are committed to personal evolution for its own sake – this is the invitation to others to free oneSelf from history, habit and habituation – from the story of our individual lives.
Engaging in ACES with Naomi is the certainty of conversations that are powerful, potent and profound – and that will propel you forward into the more that you can become. I know; I have enjoyed the security that her presence provides, as I have continued to step into my own life emerging.

I started to listen and then had to stop and go get a pen and paper and began making notes for myself
– manager to creator
– live in the now
– clarity in what I want
– what is possible for me and others
– women willing to be themselves and tell the truth of their experience
– consider how habituated we have been in our lives
and then it hit me how fully in my head, my intellect I was in my listening !!!
I put down my pen and relistened with my body and the tingling, the fire energy came all over me and the wave moved as you spoke of the deep knowing that has always been with us and indeed this for me is what my evolution is all about – bringing to the surface and living the truth of who I know myself to be – being the invitation for experiences for others to join me when it calls to them.
I had the privilege to be part of Naomi’s MORE group this past year and know her capacity to grow and be present to herself is a huge invitation to others to find their own giftedness and to bring that into creating a life where they become all they were created to be.

The Accelerated Coaching for Entrepreneurial STARS (ACES) experience unfolds over a full year, with face-to-face experiences spanning four, 2-day weekends of real-life, real-time connection. This is the ongoing conversation that explores possibility and bridges intention to practice.

Big! Bold! Boundless and formless! Edgy, provocative, compelling… not because it’s a predetermined pathway but because it calls upon and awakens the unsettled, feral essence of our potential being. It is not that we move casually through those conversations, it is more that we trek… climbing the rock faces of our own uncertainties, as they unfold and rise up from those increasingly deeper states of awakeing… making our way, in the dark, through the underwater caves of our own fears… with nothing but the good company of each other and our unique inner truth to lead the way. For me, this experience has become a living expression of The Great Adventure that is my life… destined to continue to grow and evolve in impact and scope.
The ACES conversation is for women who have experienced the power of a WEL-Systems approach in their own lives and want to know more about how to embrace this paradigm as a way of being, for themselves and with others. ACES is for those who are ready to allow the immensity of who they know they are – inside, where they live – to make its way into and through the outside world, to be experienced by others; who know the power of a WEL-Systems® approach and want to share it with others; and who recognize that what they can create alone will never bring the joy, the freedom and the immensity of what will manifest in co-creation with others of like mind. For this, we must be able to engage authentically with others, knowing that we can never lose ourselves.
Whether entrepreneurial in their own business or practice; or whether entrepreneurial within their corporate and community systems, candidates for the ACES experience know that they are destined to shape their worlds rather than be shaped by them; in a way that awakens others to their own potential. No longer willing to sit in silence and long for things to be different, participants in the ACES experience become living expressions of what it is to live large, live fully and live lives by design!

ACES takes you beyond that knowing and recognizes that for those who know themselves to be STARS, it is imperative to be part of a living, organic collective that is AWAKE and willing to ENGAGE at this level of the game! Acceleration and expantion are sourced from the individual and amplified by the collective. The ACES experience offers the opportunity to discover – up close and personal! - the power of contagion of an awakened collective.
The ACES experience will:
- challenge your existing model of the world and invite you to consider a world of your own design, without limitation;
- awaken you to a simple truth: You are at the center of your Universe. What you create, emmanates!…with your inner truth becoming your external reality; and
- allow you to find and claim what it takes to be a living expressions of the power of a WEL-Systems perspective at work, at home and in the community.
ACES is a testing/proving ground for women, to themselves, to explore and discover their willingness and ability to translate their internal dialogue to external experience. It is the environment that encourages and welcomes the to-ing and fro-ing that often accompanies the strength of an inner ‘knowing’ and the fear associated with having that ‘inner’ truth revealed to an external world, where one might be judged, challenged, ridiculed, dismissed, etc.
ACES is a place to flex your muscles and discover what you’re made of. It’s a place to be unsure and afraid… and choose to do it anyway! It’s a place to consider and reconsider… and choose to allow the Signal from Self to lead! It’s intended to be a place for those who are unsure… don’t quite know… and yet, cannot seem to shake their attraction to the truth of their own experience. It’s a place where ‘Choice’ looms large – exploring what the choices are, what it takes to choose, implementing that choice – or NOT! – and discovering growth and evolution from it all!
Through ACES, you’ll become effective at discerning longing from intention; at knowing the difference between an intellectual truth and a body truth; and at knowing when it’s time to let go. You’ll discover a reservoir of personal willingness and ability to carve out a meaningful life – with respect, integrity and generosity of spirit (RIG) – for yourself; and how to help others discover this, within themselves. You’ll experience what it is to be authentically yourSelf in a powerful and compelling collective, knowing that the only way you can lose yourself to the group is first, to be lost to yourSelf. You’ll discover the intensity of the creative power of Fire energy to accelerate what takes shape; and become willing to evoke this force in others, to create their lives differently. And perhaps more importantly than any other, you’ll learn when to let go and walk away… and trust that it all unfolds exactly as it should.

The ACES experience runs the calendar year, with the first quarterly gathering in February Maximum number of participants: 10 Participant Cost: $3495 plus HST ACES participants who are Certified CODE Model Coaches™ are licensed to create and facilitate WEL-Systems®-based workshops, events, retreats and group processes, using the trademarked and copyrighted materials.
