Spend 60 minutes in the great company of yourself! Shift your attention inside your own body and discover what is waiting to be found.

Relaxing into your breath, you may come to discover breath is the pump to create movement and flow through the device of your body. Letting go of tension as you get curious about your internal state is encouraged through silent reflection or conversations about your discoveries.

Each experience will be an invitation to relax into your discoveries about yourself! You may be amazed by yourSelf!

BSI-Body/Spirit Integration~Allowing the Body to Lead

 

We are not our bodies. Science now knows this. Our bodies are gateways for the powerful expression of Self to be in flow into our worlds.

We are not our minds. Our minds are designed to choose once the information moving in our bodies has been processed.

We are the energy in flow through the device of our body. When we shut down the information beaconing to be in flow in our bodies we limit our choices to the same ones we made yesterday. How do we evolve past what we know in this moment if we do not allow our bodies to present us with a different choice? Life becomes habituation.

Our lives reflect the presence and the absence of this energy (our Signal from Self). As we awaken to ourselves and reclaim the territory of our bodies we discover the incredible, immense safety to evolve and create deeply meaningful lives in a body that maintains it’s own inner wellness.

A BSI Experience (Creator Sheila Winter Wallace) is unique to each individual and is co-created between the client and the practitioner, ensuring personal safety and integrity in a context that allows the body to lead. The WEL-Systems models will be introduced in the initial session to create a framework for you to begin to consider yourself, your body and your world differently.

BSI is an integration at a cellular level that allows for the Signal from Self to come home.

I found myself one day feeling trapped. I was starting to become extremely small, not going anywhere, not wanting to even do the things I loved based on fear. I needed to change that for me immediately.  I decided to listen to the radio show Birthing a New Paradigm ~ Conscious Parenting.  That was my WOO HOO moment to reclaiming my life again. After the show, I went to Naomi’s website to see what she had to offer. I noticed that she was now offering the CODE model coaching conversation.  She even offered it as a phone conversation which worked well for me at the time as I was then, unwilling to leave my house. So, I took the leap and sent the e-mail. We set up a date.  Normally I would of canceled, because.. well that what I was use to.  I stuck to it, because I new down deep this was going to bring me back.  I knew I was going to be pressed.  I knew my fire was going to be exposed.  Very scary for me. But I knew I was in good company. She pressed my edges, she gave me the space I needed to move through my experience.  I shook, I cried, My throat closed up, I breathed, I shook again, I got dizzy, then I stabilized.  I was no longer afraid of myself, my reactions.  My body never hurt me. I am ALIVE!  She stayed with me. I felt safe, with ME. She taught me that nothing in my body will hurt me.In just 2 weeks, I am going with my impulses, I am going out, I am marketing my business, I am going for breakfast again.. I am driving downtown!!!  If I feel Like it, I am doing it.  Simple. My eyes are clear. I know there is more. This time I am willing to sit with it. Because I choose to. For the first time in a long long time I AM AWAKE.  So, I feel like there is more and I know there is always going to be.  I know now I am in good company.  Thank you Naomi for seeing in me what I did not, and staying with me through my tough conversations.
